e-Siyakhokha users need to re-register after upgrades

A new website with a slightly different name has been launched.

As a result of the City of Ekurhuleni’s upgrading of its service payment website e-Siyakhokha.co.za, customers already on the website will have to re-register.

The upgrading resulted in the website address changing to www.siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za, said metro spokesperson Themba Gadebe.

According to him the upgrades were necessitated by the need to align the platform with the digital city Ekurhuleni aspires to be, and will ultimately result in a service payment platform that is user-friendly and easily accessible.

The upgraded online system will allow customers to view, manage and pay their municipal accounts conveniently. The old website www.e-siyakhokha.co.za is no longer in use. Instead, customers will now have to log on to www.siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za.
