Cecil Strydom (35), ‘n inwoner van die dorp, is aangestel as die nuwe adjunkhoof van Laerskool Die Arend en sal in Januarie 2021 amptelik sy nuwe pos volstaan. Strydom is die afgelope 13 jaar ‘n onderwyser aan die skool.
