Sallies Village influencer bags award nomination

Sallies Village resident Lerato Maris (30) has been acknowledged and recognised for her work to uplift women and has been selected as one of the short-listed nominees of The Future is Female & Men Champions Awards 2023.

Maris, a United Nations brand ambassador and influencer, has been nominated in the 2023 Most Influential Youth Award category.

The awards ceremony will take place at a glittering gala dinner in Johannesburg on November 18.

The awards are presented by Leading Women of Africa and over 50 nominations were received from 20 African countries.

The awards were designed to create awareness and showcase the role of male and female leaders as change agents on the continent.
