Community spirit shines on Mandela Day at Brakpan SPCA

RE/MAX Excellence and NJR Steel Exports went above and beyond the 67 minutes, delivering vital donations and heartfelt support to the Brakpan SPCA.

The Brakpan SPCA received outstanding support from two organisations on Mandela Day, whose contributions went far beyond the expected 67 minutes.

RE/MAX Excellence demonstrated their commitment to community welfare by not only making a generous donation, but also taking the time to tour the SPCA premises with manager Tamaryn Lombard.

This allowed the team to take in the reality of the society’s daily challenges and the needs of the animals in their care.

The team showed compassion and interest throughout their visit.

NJR Steel Exports embraced the Mandela Day spirit, and raised enough funds, through the sale of boerewors rolls, to bless the Brakpan SPCA with much-needed tins of puppy and kitten food, dry food, and even blankets.

The SPCA collected this generous donation from the business on Monday. The Brakpan SPCA extends sincere thanks to both RE/MAX Excellence and NJR Steel Exports.
