Public urged to support pad drive for girls in need
The Bold and Brave Foundation invites the community to join its pad donation drive on October 24.
Launched by the Bold and Brave Foundation, Padtober is a community initiative aimed at restoring dignity to girls and young women in need.
A Padtober donation drive will be held on October 24 at the Brakpan Stadium and is spearheaded by the foundation’s Bold and Brave Girls Group.
The campaign calls on members of the public to donate pads or make financial donations that will go towards purchasing menstrual hygiene products.
The foundation believes every girl deserves dignity, comfort and confidence, especially during her period. Any donations of unopened packs of sanitary pads will be gratefully received.
