Jolly good experience for United cricketers

Three Premier League players from Brakpan’s United Cricket Club will be plying their trade on English wickets during the Northern Hemisphere summer and the South African off-season.

All-rounders Dylan Rayner, JP Meade and Kevin Hinton will all be testing their skills in different conditions.

Hinton, who played in the United Kingdom last season, will turn out for the Paignton Cricket Club in the county of Devon while Rayner will don the whites for Babbacombe Cricket Club, also in Devon.

Meade will turn out for Brailsford and Ednaston Cricket Club in the Derbyshire County.

The United players will be hoping to return with valuable experience and new-found skills for the 2016/2017 Eastern Premier League campaign, which starts in October.
