Weekend netball results
There was plenty of netball action at Hoërskool Die Anker on Saturday as clubs showed off their skills.
The teams played eight rounds of matches and the results are as follows:
• Mixed teams’ competition: Ravenclaw 12-5 Mix Freakz; Great Meadows 1-13 Victorious; HL Flyers 25-3 Ravenclaw; Great Meadows 3-16 Mix Freakz; Victorious 7-18 HL Flyers; Ravenclaw 8-11 Victorious; Diamonds 14-9 Victorious; Great Meadows 1-23 HL Flyers; Victorious 16-2 Mix Freakz.
• Women’s competition: Hufflepuff 9-28 True Talent; Gryffindor 10-14 Fab Freakz; Short Cutz 24-3 Kogwards; Diamonds 21-5 Hufflepuff; Gryffindor 17-10 True Talent; Short Cutz 10-10 Victorious; Fab Freakz 28-7 Howards; Jalapenos 3-27 Diamonds; Short Cutz 0-22 Gryffindor; Fab Freakz 18-9 Hufflepuff; True Talent 25-5 Howards.
• School competition: Anker 1-23 Vixens; Vixens 17-3 Victorious.
