Darren Simpson is back at Bru’s tonight
Loads of laughter with a magical twist is promised this weekend.
Comedian and radio personality Darren Simpson is back at Carnival City’s Bru’s this evening (Friday), for more giant-sized comedy.
He brings with him an ensemble of funnymen, including Mel Miller, Roni Modimola and The Bandit Comedy Magician.
The fun and games start at 8pm.
“We are thrilled to bring back Darren Simpson to our stage at Bru’s and are excited to welcome veteran comedian, Mel Miller to our venue for the first time,” said Michelle Smith, Carnival City’s marketing manager.
“Loads of laughter with a magical twist is promised this weekend.”
Smith added that Bru’s will feature different comedians and all new material every Friday night.
Bru’s is a unique concept venue, with a decidedly industrial but undeniably chic and trendy feel.
Located on the site of the old Sports Bar, Bru’s will host a diversity of artists, bands and comedians every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The venue is open from noon to 11pm on Mondays through to Thursdays, from noon to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, and from noon to 10.30pm on Sundays.
