West Rand pastors to be honoured at special appreciation event in Randfontein
Minister Rose Nakedi Mangaliso to host Pastors Honors Function celebrating faith leaders’ impact on communities
Local Minister Rose Nakedi Mangaliso will be hosting a special event for pastors around the West Rand region, which will take place on May 31 at the Randfontein Town Hall.
She is extending her invitation to the servants of God for the pleasant evening of the Pastors Honours Function, where they will be appreciated and honoured for their contribution and faithful work. The recipients will be allowed to bring at least five people along to accompany them when receiving their awards.
The event is presented by Rose Promotions and the dress code will be formal. It is dedicated to recognising pastors from both mainline and indigenous churches, including African traditional churches.
The purpose of the event is to thank them for building, shaping and assisting communities, as well as making families and children feel safer. They also help to build character within communities by establishing strong men and women who are equipped with the Word of God.
“We recognise your contribution, the challenges you have faced, and your work and efforts in different spaces,” expressed the organiser.
The ceremony is a beautiful gesture of grace to show pastors that they are also loved and appreciated, and that they should continue with their great work.
Rose Promotions is a dedicated company focused on positive initiatives and has previously hosted similar events, including one that took place in Carletonville on June 2 2024 at the Civic Centre Banquet Hall, as well as the first-ever Merafong Music Awards at the same venue in 2025.
