The police in Carletonville are still investigating the circumstances that led to the body of an unknown man being discovered near Khutsong Extension 5 this week.

On February 11, at approximately 06:40, a resident crossed the railway line between Khutsong and Khutsong Extension 3.

They suddenly spotted the body of an unknown man lying next to the path. The victim was shot in the chest. The resident immediately called the police, and they discovered an empty 9 mm cartridge at the scene.

By printing time, it was still unclear who the victim or his murderer was.
