Carletonville learners shine at SAPS Junior Leaders debate
Learners from Hoërskool Carletonville made their school proud during the SAPS Junior Leaders Project debate at the Carletonville Police Station, with two pupils earning top leadership appointments.
A team from Hoërskool Carletonville excelled at the Junior Commissioner Project held at the Carletonville Police Station this week.
According to the school’s spokesperson, Sandra Venter, Testimony Chabalala, Lizalise Magwanya, and Reratiloe Moiloa represented the school with pride during the debate held at the police station as part of the SAPS Junior Leaders Project (JLP), an initiative that promotes youth crime prevention and leadership.
One of the Callies debaters, Magwanya, achieved first place and was appointed as the Junior Station Commander. Moiloa achieved second place and was appointed as the Junior Vispol Commander.
“Well done on this outstanding achievement. This is a wonderful accomplishment and recognition of your leadership potential,” says Venter.
