A young woman became the victim of house robbers this week.

The woman (20) was in her home with a friend in the 70s on July 11.

They wanted to step outside at about 01:00 but as they opened the door, someone pulled it open from outside.

Suddenly, two men stormed in.

The thugs, who spoke Sesotho and isiXosa, wielded a handgun and a rifle.

They pointed the firearms at the woman and her friend and told them to stay quiet.

They searched the home and took cellphones and clothes before running away.
