Khutsong author hopes debut book will inspire young people

Twenty-year-old Bonolo Refentse Menoe will launch Unleash Your Potential in September, sharing her personal journey to encourage resilience and hope.

A young resident of Khutsong has decided to take a positive step to motivate others by launching her debut book.

Bonolo Refentse Menoe (20) is releasing her book, Unleash Your Potential, on September 26.

The book focuses on motivation and education, drawing from Menoe’s own experiences as a young girl. “The book is to help other kids out there overcome suicide,” says Menoe.

She hopes to inspire readers with the message that a person’s background does not define their future. Menoe, who was raised by unemployed parents in the dusty streets of Khutsong, has already built a Christian brand called F8THFUL EXPRESSIONS.

She views becoming an author as the next step in a journey of self-discovery, revealing gifts that she feels were always inside her.

She shared that writing the book was not a struggle because it is deeply personal, focusing entirely on her own life, challenges, and achievements.

The official book launch will take place at the Christian Assembly Church International in Khutsong Ext 4.

Anyone who wishes to assist Menoe with the launch event can contact her directly on 083 217 4276.
