Khutsong Amapiano star on the rise

He produced his new song himself.

Nicollas Tebogo Motlhatlhego is an upcoming producer and artist from Khutsong who is part of a popular genre known as
Amapiano.

He describes his sound as Private School Piano/Soulful Amapiano with live keys and emotional vibes.

He is currently building up to his unreleased new song titled “The 5th Sunday’’ which he recently completed.

“It is a soulful prayer in piano form about hoping for one more chance, one more blessing,’’ he expressed.

He produced his song at his home made studio and he is planning to release it on all platforms.

His journey began with producing on his laptop, phone and headphones as he has never been to a big studio but all he has is his passion for piano. He has been learning on his own, watching tutorials, building his sound and being from Carletonville is his motivation because he aims to show that world-class piano can come from this area.

He wants to represent Merafong on a national scene as he would like to inspire other young kids in Carletonville that they can also make it without relocating to Johannesburg.

“My dream is to work with big names in this genre and perform at different as well as getting my music on national radio,’’ he says.
