Young model from Carletonville shines
She is a national finalist in the Miss ACE Models International pageant.
A young model from Carletonville was recently chosen as a national finalist in the Miss ACE Models International pageant.
Mpho Hlahasoane (6) is not only a Grade R learner at Aster Private Academy, but also a budding young model.
According to her mother, Noluthando, Mpho was a shy little girl when she started modelling, but the hobby is gradually making her come out of her shell.
“Through modelling and pageantry, she is learning to step beyond her comfort zone, embrace new opportunities and enjoy the process of growing,” says Noluthando.
She says that Mpho is a kind, loving child who cares for others, and that community work brings her joy and peace.
Modelling is currently giving her an opportunity to discover her abilities, grow in confidence and find her voice.
For now, Mpho’s dream is simply to enjoy modelling, continue building her confidence and see where this exciting journey takes her. For her and her family, the most meaningful achievements are the small steps forward, the lessons learned and the courage to keep trying.
