Robbers attack shop owner at Elijah Barayi
The owner was seriously injured in the incident.
A group of robbers attacked the owner of a shop at the Elijah Barayi mega housing complex recently.
The owner (34) of Solomon’s Shop at Block 1400 was inside the business on September 25.
At about 19:30 four unknown men stormed the business.
They hit the owner on his head with a panga and grabbed money, cigarettes and airtime vouchers.
The thugs then ran away.
The owner was taken to Carletonville Hospital and from there to Leratong Hospital for treatment.
He only reported the incident after his release this week.
