EIKENHOF – Scores of people are demonstrating for service delivery on R554 and they are pelting passing vehicles with rocks.

Police are at the scene however the protesters are violent. Rubber bullets were fired at the protesters. They ran to the nearest bushes which some of it they burnt.

The local councillor is on the way to quell the situation.
