Alberton Boxing Club hosts boxing tournament

Boxers will battle it out on September 2 at 13:00 at the Alberton Boxing Club’s tournament.

Anticipated to be the third biggest for the year, the tournament will consist of 25 bouts.

The event will have everything for all, from tasty treats to some fun and amusement for kiddies – everyone is welcome. Food will be sold as part of the club’s fundraiser.

Coach Gert de Klerk said: “We expect this tournament to the biggest from the ones we have hosted this year. We’ll have clubs from Mpumalanga also taking part. We invite the community to come in their numbers.”
