It is that time of year again when the SPCA in Johannesburg invites its supporters to join in on its AGM.
Johannesburg SPCA will hold its 120th AGM for its members in the board room at the Johannesburg SPCA, 5 Benray Road, Reuven on July 5 at 09:00.
Business of the AGM:
1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.
2. To adopt the minutes of the 119th annual general meeting held on 20 July 2022, and to consider matters arising from those minutes.
3. To receive the chairperson’s review of the society’s affairs for the past twelve months, ending on March 31, 2023.
4. To receive and consider the auditor’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023.
5. To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the board of directors.
6. To appoint auditors to the society for the ensuing year.
7. To consider any other business as may be transacted at an annual general meeting.
