Despite cold weather, residents enjoy great treat

Uncle Baboo and Crew went to Riverlea and Zombie Town to feed the residents on July 6.

It was a busy day for Uncle Baboo and Crew, as always the fire was lit at sunrise to prepare two dhegs of mutton akhni.

Sweet hampers were packaged for the little ones.

Uncle Baboo said the children were thrilled to have a treat and both young and old were grateful for the fresh hot meal.

“A special thank you to our kind and generous sponsors and a special thanks to all those that took time out in the cold weather to come out and assist,” he said.
