Find support with mental health group

SADAG (South African Depression and Anxiety Group) continues its commitment to supporting mental health by reaching out to communities.

SADAG has launched an in-person support group for those affected by the emotional challenges of post-breakup, divorce and separation.

Join them on the first and third Thursday of every month at the Synergy Center, 81 Jackson Street, Brackenhurst, Alberton.

Meetings for May will be hosted on May 8 and 29 due to May 1 being a public holiday. Meetings run from 18:00 to 19:30.

This group provides a safe and confidential space where members can share their experiences, connect with others, and receive support at a pace that each individual is comfortable with.

The aim of this support network is to provide people with a safe space to heal, find peace, share experiences, and grow.

This service is free of charge and is available to all community members.

For more information, contact Michael, the registered counsellor, who will facilitate this support group on 072 688 3531.
