Spring Ball brings joy and colour to Crown Gardens seniors

Residents from Annie Burger Retirement Village and neighbouring old age homes enjoyed music, performances, and a sponsored meal during the annual celebration.

The Crown Gardens Recreation Centre recently came alive with the annual Spring Ball for the seniors of the Annie Burger Retirement Village and surrounding old age homes.

The event, organised by Christine Crossley from Meals on Wheels and Caregivers South Africa, was sponsored by Quality Tube Services (QTS). Seniors were treated to a day of fun and excitement in a colourful spring-themed setting.

Guests enjoyed a delicious meal sponsored by QTS, while the Old Time Sparkies provided lively music that kept many on their feet dancing. Kideology entertained the crowd with a vibrant drama and dance performance.

The event concluded with an uplifting spring message of new life, hope and love for the season delivered by Pastor David.

Organisers extended heartfelt thanks to everyone who sponsored and contributed to making the day a success.
