The launch of her cookbook, Leb O Licious, was on November 29 in Linmeyer, Joburg south.

Each recipe is detailed and has a method and serving options, making it a treasure trove for foodies and those looking to explore new flavours.

Marcelle’s inspiration for the book came from her experiences running a Lebanese delicatessen, where she developed recipes and methods to share with staff.

“I believe my book will ignite this spark for many other southerners, too,” Marcelle said.

With the help of Dayne Smith of Graphic Techniques, Marcelle has produced a creative and visually stunning cookbook that is sure to delight.
