AACL Joburg launches low-cost pet sterilisation

Launch special includes free tick and flea treatment for dogs.

The Animal Anti-Cruelty League Johannesburg has launched a new low-cost sterilisation clinic on May 4, aimed at making essential pet care accessible to all community members.

The clinic will offer sterilisation services for cats at R480 and dogs at R880. Larger dogs over 35kg will be sterilised at R1200.

Each procedure includes a pre-surgery health check and the first vaccination, including a rabies vaccination.
To mark the launch, dog owners will receive a free tick and flea treatment with their booking.

The AACL noted that additional costs may apply if a pet is pregnant, unwell, or requires extra care at the time of examination.

Bookings and enquiries can be made by calling 011 435 0672 or emailing enquiries@aacl-jhbnb.co.za.
