The Boy from the South is hosting corporate soccer challenge
You can donate even if you don’t want to participate in the actual soccer tornament.
Hoërskool Die Fakkel High School Grade 11 learner, Stanford Banda is hosting a fundraising corporate soccer challenge to help him go to Spain.
The tournament will be held on August 31 at the school’s fields. It’s for companies and masters. If your company cannot participate, it is welcome to donate to him to realise his dream of playing in Madrid.
The winning prize is R10 000, a trophy and gold medals. It’s seven-a-side soccer games and the affiliation fee is R2 000 per team.
The closing date for registering is August 28.
