Members of the Primrose police, together with the Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk (PCPYD), recently visited the Abundant Life Christian Academy, to teach pupils about the effects of bullying.
Members of the PCPYD performed an interactive play, to demonstrate the effects that bullying can have, after which Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police, spoke to the pupils.
“I encourage you to report any issue related to bullying to your teachers, so that something can be done,” he said.
He went on to encourage the students to study hard, to become the best future leaders.
The police will continue to visit schools in the area in the hope of promoting a safer learning environment.
