WO André de Jager, communications officer for the Germiston SAPS, informed the GCN of a 27-year-old dagga dealer who was arrested in Germiston recently.

“Constable Dumisani Mdabula received information that a man was selling dagga on Jonas Street in Germiston,” said de Jager.
He added that Mdabula and Const Bongikosi Zungu found the man on the side of the road with a bag.
“Inside the bag the officers found 52 small plastic packets of dagga and R70 on him,” said de Jager.
He congratulated the two officers for their good work on behalf of the Germiston SAPS station commander.
The man was detained at the Germiston Police Station holding cells.
He is expected to appear at the Germiston Magistrates Court soon.
