Bongani Hlatswayo (45) was reported missing on August 30 at the Germiston Police Station.
He has been missing since 3am on August 29 when he left his house.
It is alleged that people saw him in Dukathole on September 1 but when he was confronted he fled from them.
The man is described as being tall and slender.
He weighs about 71kg and is about 1.77m tall.
He has a silver crown on a lower tooth and an eagle tattoo on his chest.
