Children given a surprise

Young children were delighted when staff from Life Roseacres Clinic visited them, recently.

Staff from the Life Roseacres Clinic recently visited the St Francis Care Children’s Home and surprised the children with a Christmas party and some gifts.

Janene De Beer, Roseacres marketing manager said, “It was so funny that the children were more interested in the helium balloons and why they did not sink than anything else.  But it warmed our hearts that we could do something small to make these children smile – that’s what Christmas is all about.”

St Francis is a registered non-profit organisation.

The centre is multi-cultural and multi-denominational and does not turn away anyone in need of the centre’s services.

The children’s section, the Rainbow Cottage provides a home for neglected abandoned or orphaned children from birth to seven years of age.
