The Primrose police recently arrested a 24-year-old on charges of rape.
The arrest was made when the victim came to the Primrose Police Station to report the incident.
The woman explained to police that she had met the accused at a local spaza shop.
They had started talking and she told him she was currently looking for a job.
The man offered to help her and took her contact details.
Later he called the victim, claiming he had found a job for her.
The victim claims the accused came to pick her up and drove her to the place at which he claimed he had found work for her.
When they arrived the man forced the woman into a room, where he forced himself upon her.
