The Primrose CPF, together with the Primrose SAPS, would like to remind the community not to leave their cars on the pavement overnight.
“Theft of motor vehicles in the area is currently high,”explained Wendy Morgan, of the CPF.
“The majority of the stolen vehicles were parked on the pavement when they were taken.
“The Primrose SAPS, therefore, requests that you park your vehicle inside your yard at night.
“We, as residents, also need to take responsibility for our safety.
“If we make it easy for the criminals by leaving our vehicles on the pavement, it encourages would-be criminals to be in the area.”
