More people arrested in Primrose business robbery case

Police investigation leads to three more arrests in business robbery case.

The Primrose SAPS have arrested a further three people in connection with the business robbery which took place at the Golden Supermarket and Take Away in Rietfontein Road, Primrose, on Tuesday morning.

The men, aged between 24 and 51, were arrested at various locations between 4pm and 7pm, yesterday afternoon.

The driver of the getaway vehicle was nabbed in Thokoza and the car was recovered in Katlehong.

He is being charged with business robbery.

An employee of the shop was arrested at the store and a sangoma was nabbed in the Ramaphosa informal settlement.

Both these men are being charged with conspiracy to commit business robbery.

All three are due to appear in the Germiston Magistrates Court soon.
