Members of the Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk, together with the Primrose SAPS, recently hosted a successful outreach programme to celebrate Freedom Day.
The group took to the streets of Sector One and Three, as well as the local informal settlements, handing out toys to children and providing information to community members.
The group focused on the prevention of attacks on foreign nationals, in the hope of conveying a message of peace in Primrose and declaring war against crime.
