Detectives at the Primrose Police Station recently received a tip-off about a man selling dagga at Howe Circle, in Sunnyridge.
Officers rushed to the scene and witnessed a 23-year-old man approach a 31-year-old man, believed to be a car-guard in the area.
“It is alleged that the 23-year-old handed the 31-year-old R10, before being handed a small package, which had been removed from the branches of a nearby tree,” said communications officer for the Primrose police, Sgt Styles Maome.

Officers approached the men and asked to search them both.
During the search dagga and money were found.
Both men were arrested and taken to the Primrose Police Station to await their appearance in the Germiston Magistrates Court.
