A number of areas are still affected by water shortages

Areas that are fed by the following reservoirs are still experiencing water problems, according to the metro:

• Germiston Hilltop Reservoir (supplies Gerdview, Dawnview, Marlands areas) – high lying areas have no water, tankers are available;
• Germiston Primrose Reservoir – low pressure to no water;
• Germiston Russel Road Reservoir – all have water;
• Edenvale Signal Hill Reservoir – low water pressure.
