The Bertha Gxowa Hospital’s physiotherapy and dietetics departments re-launched their fitness clinic, on Thursday.
The clinic is not open only to the community of Germiston, but also to the staff, helping them to stay fit.
Classes are held twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, from 11am, in the physiotherapy gym at the hospital.
The sessions start with a fitness and health screening, followed by an aerobics class, refreshments and guest speakers.
Attendees are given a home exercise programme and a diet plan when they join.
