Guests learn to make pizza.

Excitement was the order of the day at Hirsch’s Meadowdale recently when staff presented their first Kitchen Capers event at the state-of-the-art Bosch stand.

Kitchen Capers events are being held in Hirsch’s branches around the country, showcasing a variety of cooking techniques and meal ideas.

Having fun at Hirsch’s Meadowdale’s Kitchen Capers event are Elsa Groenewald, Tiny Sekome, Chrissie Northman (Hirsch’s Meadowdale branch manager) and Delani Khumalo (Bosch ambassador).

Delani Khumalo, from Bosch, dazzled guests with his homemade pizza demonstration, preparing pizzas with a variety of delicious toppings that included Gouda cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, avocado, tomatoes, ham and a delicious sweet chilli sauce.

Hirsch’s Meadowdale public relations officer Chantelle du Plessis said, “The demonstration went down so well.
