Katlehong SAPS arrests eight suspects
In Katlehong, the police arrested eight suspects for various offences.
Many of the arrests took place during the stop-and-search patrol routine conducted by members of the crime prevention and detective units.
Others were arrested during the tracing of wanted suspects by specialised crime detectives.
The suspects were arrested for the following crimes:? Assault with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm. Two for common assault. Domestic violence.
One for house robbery. One for malicious damage to property and. One for shoplifting. Katlehong acting station commander Col Phakama Gcaza has called on all community members to protect our children during this period under the theme.

All the arrested suspects are expected to appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on June 4. Operation continues.
