Ruby anniversary for Louise and Kobie
Louise and Kobie van Eck celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day.
While many were celebrating Valentine’s Day on Sunday, Louise and Kobie van Eck had another celebration, also regarding the four-letter word, love.
It was Louise and Kobie’s wedding anniversary which saw them celebrate their 40 years in marriage.
The pair met through mutual friends and got married on February 14, 1981, in Rhodesfield at the NG Church.

The Ecks are blessed with two daughters and two boy grandchildren. The pair uniformly agree that what they love about each other is that the other half is always there and that they care for each other.
“When your partner’s happiness and wellbeing is more important than your own,” is what the Kempton Park couple say is what love means to them.
