If you have a service-related issue, there are multiple ways you can report this to the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE).
Ways you can report your service issues are as follows:
• Phone the call centre: 086 054 3000 – keep calling until you get through.
• Email to call.centre@ekurhuleni.gov.za – remember to include your cellphone number.
