She is known in the community for her soup kitchen, which she runs from her yard to feed the underprivileged no matter how young or old.
Spawsov said this Christmas lunch will be filled with fun and gifts for 35 children.
She said the elders will also be treated to a nice feast.
“We hope to get more people to donate their time. Everything will be hosted at my house, and the CPF members will be present to assist and manage the activities on the day,” said Spawsov.
Glenda Noel, Klopper Park resident, said the BCPF Sector 3 team will show community support as they will also attend the event.
“We will be assisting and serving in the soup kitchen but we are mainly there for safety reasons,” she said.
The team requested assistance with donations of toys, non-perishable food items, clothes and toiletries.
“The easiest way to help is to either donate your time as the soup kitchen constantly needs the support of donations,” added Noel.
