The outage affected parts of Delville, including Webber Road, as well as sections of Lambton and Parkhill Gardens.

The City said persistent rainfall had created challenging working conditions, causing delays in repairs.

During the visit, the MMCs provided residents with updates on progress and listened to concerns regarding response times and service delivery.

The municipality said teams remain on site and are continuing efforts to restore power as soon as possible.
