Germiston SPCA launches festive season fundraisers for local animals
From a Christmas light garden to book fairs and gift-wrapping stations, the SPCA invites residents to enjoy holiday events while supporting rescued animals.
The Germiston Bedfordview SPCA is excited to announce a season of festive community events aimed at bringing people together, celebrating the holidays, and raising essential funds for the animals who depend on them.
A festival of lights: Sunnyridge Christmas Garden
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday | 19:30 –22:00

Step into a world of sparkling lights and holiday magic at the beloved Sunnyridge Christmas Garden. Entry is by small donation, and every visit supports the work of the Germiston Bedfordview SPCA.

SPCA Book Fair at Bedford Centre

Peacock adds that every rand raised during these activities goes directly toward the care of animals in their community – from rescuing victims of cruelty and responding to emergencies, to providing shelter, rehabilitation, and a second chance at life.
