Assumption Convent matric class of 2025 achieves 100% pass rate with top distinctions

All 47 students pass with university endorsement, received 106 distinctions, and several learners ranked in the national top 1%.

Assumption Convent has celebrated the results for its Class of 2025, with all 47 students passing the IEB matric examinations.

Every learner secured a university-endorsed pass, while the class recorded 106 distinctions.

Sixty-six percent of the results were above 70%, and all subject averages surpassed the national average.

Twelve of the fourteen subjects offered at the school achieved average marks above 70%.

The following students ranked in the top 1% nationally in their subjects:
English: Mariza Pires
Geography: Tatum Lauf
Information technology: Sabrina Tenente
Mathematics: Mariza Pires and Sabrina Tenente
Mariza Pires and Sabrina Tenente were also commended for ranking within the top 5% in five subjects and achieving distinctions in life orientation.
