Is it only me or have the neighbourhoods gone to the dogs?
Literally, the incessant yapping of dogs throughout the day and night leaves much to be desired.
Dog owners seem to have lost the respect for peace and quiet and really don’t give a damn about the stressful and annoying yapping of their pets (pests).
While dogs are there to protect us and are our best friends, this does not give them carte blanche to be a nuisance at the expense of the people who find it annoying and just want peace and quiet in their homes.
Authorities cannot muster enough courage to deal with the issues, and the rest is left to the conscience of the dog owners — and that’s not saying much.
