Primrose police statistics are defective, says resident
A Germiston resident says that the latest released statistics by the Primrose police are incomplete.
Richard Bennet, Germiston, writes:
The crime statistics that were recently released by the Primrose police are useful, even if they are a bit defective.
Why were there no statistics released by the Primrose police for housebreaking, robberies, car theft and hijackings?
Some of my questions are still unanswered: how many of these crimes were committed, how many arrests were made and how many of the suspects were convicted of the charges against them?
