Service above and beyond the call of duty

Resident thanks Ackermans Pharmacy for the help offered to her.

An Kleijwegt, Primrose, writes:

I was recently rushing to the Ackermans Pharmacy to get some medicine.

As I closed the boot, I realised I had locked my car keys in the boot.

How stupid.

After I got my purchases, I asked one of the managers at the pharmacy if there was a chance that somebody could run me up to my house to get my duplicate keys.

No problem and within a couple of minutes James took me home in the Ackermans van, waited for me and took me back to my car.

He even waited to see whether I found my keys in the boot.

Thank you, Ackermans Pharmacy, for your wonderful service.
