The All African Kurash Games were held in Kempton Park, recently, and Phillicity van Vuuren, from the Kaizen Judo Club, in Germiston, did South Africa proud by winning the gold medal for the open weight group, silver for the u-20kg weight group and gold for the best female Kurash Judoka of 2013.
