Local Hotel in World Travel Awards
D'oreale Grande Hotel nominated in World Travel Awards.
The five-star Peermont D’oreale Grande Hotel has been nominated as Africa’s Leading Casino Resort, in the converted World Travel Awards.
The hotel received a second nomination, for Africa’s Leading Hotel Suite, for its Livia’s Presidential Suite.
The World Travel Awards recognise, acknowledge and reward excellence within the travel, tourism and hospitality industry worldwide.
General manager hotels and resorts operations at Emperors Palace Wayne Hill commented on the nomination: “This year, 2014, marks yet another important year for the resort, as we receive our third international award nomination.
“We continuously work diligently to maintain service excellence, and our goal of superseding 2013’s achievements is within our grasp; that is what sets an international standard hotel apart from rest.”
The awards were founded in 1993, and are celebrating their 21st anniversary.
The awards boost global recognition as the hallmark of quality and the benchmark to which all tourism and hospitality operators aspire.
