Three suspects from Alrapark nabbed for drug dealing
According to EMPD spokesperson Chief Superintendent Wilfred Kgasago, Metro Police Officers raided the house at around 12:00 where they discovered 41 ziplock bags.
ALRAPARK – Members of the EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit received information pertaining to suspected drug dealing at a house in Panview Street on November 9.
According to EMPD spokesperson Chief Superintendent Wilfred Kgasago, Metro Police Officers raided the house at around 12:00 where they discovered 41 ziplock bags containing drugs (cat) valued at approximately R8 200, as well as crystal methamphetamine (crack) valued at around R6 600.
Three suspects (a 30-year old woman, a 27-year-old and a 29-year-old male) were arrested. They were detained at SAPS Nigel police and charged with possession of and dealing in narcotics.
The trio was expected to appear in the Nigel Magistrate’s Court on November 12.
